Could not have had a better experience!

I worked with Stacy Hengemihle to purchase my condo in Walnut Creek and I could not have had a better experience! I asked a lot of questions, as this was my first time purchasing a property by myself, and Stacy was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me!Not only does she know the Walnut Creek area so well, but she also helped me find a lender. Stacy went above and beyond and I’m grateful to have worked with her!

    None impressed me like Renee!

If you are looking for a realtor in the Martinez/Walnut Creek area with the extensive knowledge of market and experience, Renee White and her team, Julie, Julia and Isaac are the best! I was tasked with the job of selling my late mother and father's house in Martinez, I live 2000+ miles away and was very uneasy about what I was getting into. I made a trip out and called to interview several realtors, none impressed me like Renee! I was able to contact her office and had an appointment with Renee the next day. I found her to be very knowledgeable, experienced, warm and easy to talk to with no pressure. We went over what was needed to fix up around the house and she was on top of finding the right people to make to updates to the house in no time! Renee gave me the advice of what to fix and what not to, to sell the house. I made a few mistakes by not going with one of the contractors she recommended, but she still helped me through working with the bad contractor I chose. Please listen to her! Lesson learned on my part! Never the less, Renee and her team were fabulous to work with. They had great communication with me. Anytime I called, or emailed, they would return the call or email immediately! All on the team are extremely friendly and easy to work with.I highly recommend and Renee and her team!

We cannot say enough good things about Renee and all her team.

Renee and her team provided exceptional service and valuable guidance throughout the sale process of our home. We considered listing the home ourselves, and we interviewed one other established and well known realtor (very active in our neighborhood) and are very grateful we went with the Renee White Team. We were concerned that with uncertain market conditions, interest rates and the holidays (we went to market early December) the home might take some time to sell and we would be leaving town (relocating to Tennessee) with the home on the market. Renee's team moved quickly. They worked diligently, from the home inspector, to the stagers, to the office staff and we had our home staged and on the market (at a good price not just ""priced to sell"") in four days, with an open house scheduled. After three private showings and two offers (we were in a contract in less than 48 hours at $10,000 over asking (cancelled the open house) and went to escrow in 21 days! We cannot say enough good things about Renee and all her team.

Our experience with Renee and her team was A++

This review is long over due. First of all, when you contract Renee, you don't get just a realtor. You get a consultant, a friend, a confidant and an industry professional that goes to battle for you. . She is the real deal. . She has an amazing team, an amazing list of contractors that will drop whatever they are doing to do anything that she asks of them. . Our experience with Renee and her team was A++ and this was during the downturn in the economy. I would recommend her any day of the week. Don't look for someone that does this on the weekends or as a part-time hobby. . Hire one of the nation's leading realty experts! . Thank you Renee and team!

My wife and I are glad we worked with Jayme Daley and the Renee White team

In September 2023, my wife and I were first-time home buyers and we worked with agent Jayme Daley from the Renee White Team. We were impressed from the start by how prepared she always seems to be, like printing extra house listings and property info when we were touring houses and using her contacts to arrange several inspections on short notice during our brief contingency period. She has lots of good experience and insights to offer, is a clear communicator, and was very helpful in explaining the home-buying process. She’s a good listener and clearly values her clients’ criteria and preferences. She’s prepared to provide recommendations when appropriate but doesn’t pressure her clients in one direction or another. She also helped save us money during the negotiation by suggesting that we ask for a larger seller credit based on the inspection results. Overall, my wife and I are glad we worked with Jayme Daley and the Renee White team and will recommend her to any friends or family members who ask for a referral.

    She was an invaluable resource

I highly recommend Maichee Vang, the agent who helped me find my home when I moved from WA to CA. Maichee is professional, knowledgeable, an excellent negotiator, responsive, and kind. She skillfully guided me to find the house I was looking for, and her expertise helped me place a competitive offer in the challenging Bay Area house market. She promptly responded to my texts and emails when I had questions and was available to show me homes on weekends and weeknights. She was an invaluable resource, and I am so glad I had the opportunity to work with her.

    I am highly recommend them

Renee and her Team, especially Julie are very nice people. They are business minded and no bolony. They told me exactly what is needed and how they will proceed. Staging was completed without the delay, nice flyers were created and open houses took place every weekend. All my questions were answered immediately. When the lower offers came in, they never pressured me to accept it, but on the contrary told me to wait until right buyer comes along. Overall I very much like Renee and her Team and excellent work they did and I am highly recommend them for all Real Estate needs to everyone!

She's amazing and we are lucky to have found her.

We've been trying to find a home in various parts of California for over a year and a half dealing with multiple agents with no success. One thing we learned is a good agent is hard to find. We finally found one in Stacy. She went above and beyond in all areas. The sale is done and she's still helping us coordinate with contractors and even joining us with discussions. She's amazing and we are lucky to have found her. Thanks Stacy and the team!

    I absolutely recommend Renee.

I met with Renee today for a consult and I was very impressed. She is honest, realistic, and does not pressure you at all to buy, sell , list with her, anything. Most importantly, she expressed that she cares more about the decision you are making than the commission she will make, and I don't think a lot of realtors can say the same. She is intelligent and has a warm presence. She provided tips and expert advice I never would have even thought of or considered. If you are considering selling or buying, I absolutely recommend Renee.

We sold our home in record time.

We had a really fast timeline of selling our home and thought most agents would be the same. However, after our initial meeting with Renee we were impressed with her knowledge. Once we started working with Renee and her entire team we realized we made the right decision. Her entire team was extremely professional and responsive. They helped us identify and schedule contractors and made the process stress free. We sold our home in record time. You won't be disappointed with Renee and her team.

I highly recommend Renee White and her team. We were on the market in less than two weeks with painting, inspection and staging completed. Renee really listens to what you need and want. We were able to sell our condo while out of state, confident that every detail was handled. Communication was excellent. Renee and her team are experienced, efficient, intelligent, and trustworthy. We were even provided a truck to move some items out of our home. We feel lucky to have had Renee during what can be a difficult process. Thank you!

Jayme exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend her

Realtor Jayme Daley was incredibly proactive. We had just begun looking for a new home due to a medical issue requiring us to find a 1 level home with a pool. We met Jayme at a random open house. She was warm and didn't put any pressure on us. She began proactively sending us home options immediately which allowed us to find the home we wanted within a few weeks. She was flexible with her schedule, would meet us at open houses or to discuss an offer strategy. She was very responsive with email and text. In the end, her advice for our offer was spot on. We were worried and planned to overbid by even more $ but she advised against this based on her assessment of the situation and she was right. This saved us $ overall. Jayme exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend her to any friend or family member.

    These people were great

We had been talking to a few real estate agents in the area about property for my brother - some really awful ones and a couple good ones. These people were great, spoke to Renne and Maichee who were both very professional and helpful. We also did some research and found these this office is very highly rated and respected so we may continue our process with them (we are still talking to people). There are so many terrible real estate agents out there. When you find a good one definitely use them!

Recent Trends In Concord, CA Real Estate

In December 2023, Concord house prices were up 5.6% on the previous year, with a median selling price of $750,000. The local market appears to be leveling out after a period of fluctuation, with most homes selling within a month.

Monthly sales appear to be following a seasonal trend, with sales volumes peaking in June. This is normal for a city like Concord, and we would expect to see a similar pattern emerge through 2024. Property prices in Concord, CA are a little above average for the state, but it is still among the more affordable areas in the city. Work with a leading Concord, CA realtor and educate yourself on property tax if you are relocating to, or within, this elegant location.

The Concord, CA Housing Market: A Real Estate Professional’s View

Let’s look more closely at house prices and sales in Concord, CA. There are various factors to consider for real estate transactions, including actual sale prices and things like property taxes.

List price versus sale prices

Historically, homes in Concord, CA have mostly sold for more than the list price. This dipped a little in the latter part of 2022, but the spring and summer of 2023 saw selling prices reach over 104% of the list prices. At present, the level is around 100%, indicating that properties in Concord, CA are selling close to the asking price. But the general trend is for sales prices to exceed listing prices, so you will need help from a leading real estate agent in Concord, CA to sell your house fast and for the right price.

Homes sold above list price

As mentioned, it is quite common for homes in Concord to sell for more than the list price when you look at historical figures. The economic downturn of 2022-23 impacted this a little, but normal service has resumed in the latter part of 2023. In fact, the lowest the ratio dipped was 98.5%, so the Concord housing market showed resilience during the economic difficulties. With the number currently standing close to 100%, we expect to see that increase again as the seasonal change kicks in. The robust housing market in Concord, CA has stood firm and is returning to its usual trend.

Homes with price drops

It is difficult to find real estate in Concord, CA that sells for less than the asking price. The highest it got in 2023 was around 37.2% of houses selling below the asking price, but the latest figures show that the number is not much higher than 10%. If you want to secure a deal as a buyer in this market, you will need to work with a reliable real estate agency with a strong local knowledge of Concord, CA.
