If you are looking for a realtor in the Martinez/Walnut Creek area with the extensive knowledge of market and experience, Renee White and her team, Julie, Julia and Isaac are the best! I was tasked with the job of selling my late mother and father's house in Martinez, I live 2000+ miles away and was very uneasy about what I was getting into. I made a trip out and called to interview several realtors, none impressed me like Renee! I was able to contact her office and had an appointment with Renee the next day. I found her to be very knowledgeable, experienced, warm and easy to talk to with no pressure. We went over what was needed to fix up around the house and she was on top of finding the right people to make to updates to the house in no time! Renee gave me the advice of what to fix and what not to, to sell the house. I made a few mistakes by not going with one of the contractors she recommended, but she still helped me through working with the bad contractor I chose. Please listen to her! Lesson learned on my part! Never the less, Renee and her team were fabulous to work with. They had great communication with me. Anytime I called, or emailed, they would return the call or email immediately! All on the team are extremely friendly and easy to work with.I highly recommend and Renee and her team!

Renee and her team provided exceptional service and valuable guidance throughout the sale process of our home. We considered listing the home ourselves, and we interviewed one other established and well known realtor (very active in our neighborhood) and are very grateful we went with the Renee White Team. We were concerned that with uncertain market conditions, interest rates and the holidays (we went to market early December) the home might take some time to sell and we would be leaving town (relocating to Tennessee) with the home on the market. Renee's team moved quickly. They worked diligently, from the home inspector, to the stagers, to the office staff and we had our home staged and on the market (at a good price not just ""priced to sell"") in four days, with an open house scheduled. After three private showings and two offers (we were in a contract in less than 48 hours at $10,000 over asking (cancelled the open house) and went to escrow in 21 days! We cannot say enough good things about Renee and all her team.

In September 2023, my wife and I were first-time home buyers and we worked with agent Jayme Daley from the Renee White Team.
We were impressed from the start by how prepared she always seems to be, like printing extra house listings and property info when we were touring houses and using her contacts to arrange several inspections on short notice during our brief contingency period. She has lots of good experience and insights to offer, is a clear communicator, and was very helpful in explaining the home-buying process. She’s a good listener and clearly values her clients’ criteria and preferences. She’s prepared to provide recommendations when appropriate but doesn’t pressure her clients in one direction or another. She also helped save us money during the negotiation by suggesting that we ask for a larger seller credit based on the inspection results.
Overall, my wife and I are glad we worked with Jayme Daley and the Renee White team and will recommend her to any friends or family members who ask for a referral.

Staging was completed without the delay, nice flyers were created and open houses took place every weekend. All my questions were answered immediately. Realtor Jayme Daley was incredibly proactive. We had just begun looking for a new home due to a medical issue requiring us to find a 1 level home with a pool. We met Jayme at a random open house. She was warm and didn't put any pressure on us. She began proactively sending us home options immediately which allowed us to find the home we wanted within a few weeks. She was flexible with her schedule, would meet us at open houses or to discuss an offer strategy. She was very responsive with email and text. In the end, her advice for our offer was spot on. These people were great
We had been talking to a few real estate agents in the area about property for my brother - some really awful ones and a couple good ones. These people were great, spoke to Renne and Maichee who were both very professional and helpful. We also did some research and found these this office is very highly rated and respected so we may continue our process with them (we are still talking to people). There are so many terrible real estate agents out there. When you find a good one definitely use them!
